consumer products are blazing a path with hightech
products like Apple’s Siri and Amazon’s Alexa
voice-command applications. Products like this
use a number of technological advancements like
Big Data, artifi cial intelligence (AI), machine learning,
cloud computing and storage.
While this has long been part of the consumer
world, it’s only more recently that truck OEMs and
commercial fl eets seem to have started adopting
