The v3 dataset represents a major advancement, making it far faster and easier to set up, to price jobs, and, if one would like, to do advanced confi guration of the pricing screens. So far, the Control v3 dataset has pricing screens for wide format (roll and fl atbed), vinyl signs, commercial screen printing, textile screen printing, embroidery and other treatments, vehicle graphics, repro and OSS / FM jobs, and advertising specialty jobs. (The Control v2 dataset, which is still widely sold, has pricing screens for more than 68 different types of printing, signs, graphics, service, and install jobs.) Pricing and business management systems have become vital competitive weapons to most every successful sign, graphics, or printing company. This means that a broader range of users are involved in setting up and using these systems. Increasingly, these users’ strengths are more commonly in design, production, business, or other non-IT areas. As Cyrious has worked closely with customers and prospects over the last two years, Cyrious identifi ed a fundamentally different way to organize the pricing, costing, and production data and tools that is much more natural for the users. The initial customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, affi rming that the Control v3 Dataset has accomplished the goal! Cyrious will be presenting the Control v3 Dataset at GRAPH EXPO 16 at 1:00 pm daily in its booth. 52 | September 25, 2016 | GRAPH EXPO 16 Offi cial Show Daily | PrintingNews.com
