transit, highway/managed lane, freight
and maritime projects. He has assisted
numerous local agencies demonstrate
the value of their proposed transportation
investments and compete successfully
for highly competitive discretionary
funding programs. His grant
program support activities have yielded
more than $1 billion in federal and state
funding for infrastructure projects.
He is currently a senior management
consultant on HDR’s Financial
Advisory team. In this capacity, he
specializes in the development of financial
strategies leading to the successful
