Rack management. Study the tire inventory and see what you have in rack stock. Is it organized? Do you have the right tires in the rack? Are there more tires than will fi t in the racks? Another best practice is to have a place for all tires that need to be returned, as well as a place for all tires that need to be sent out for repair or recap.
