Association Insights:
On the Road to YOU!
New Idealliance Roadshows take learning directly to industry companies around the country.
Idealliance members love to share ideas with their peers. Idealliance encourages and facilitates member-to-member interaction
both through virtual get-togethers—its Connect Community, Young Professionals electronic meet-ups, etc.—and in-person
meetings such as its annual Experience Conference. Th is fall, the association is launching a new series of Best Practices
Roadshows, one-day sessions that will bring together local company executives and managers and leading industry experts at
in-person programs at cities around the country.
As Idealliance Chief Economist Andrew Paparozzi points
out, in today’s industry there is no lack of opportunities—the
diffi culty is fi guring out which opportunities to pursue. To
help companies make the best diversifi cation decisions, the
Idealliance Best Practices Roadshows will focus on sales and
growth strategies, technology and workfl ow, and strategy and
leadership—and how each area can help companies capitalize
successfully on today’s diversifi cation opportunities. Th e

Attendees will learn best practices to evaluate and guide
development of new product and service off erings, underlying
technology needs that support effi ciencies and growth, strategies
to eff ectively transition businesses for the future, how to
manage conventional and digital business lines, and the sales
process and sales staff hiring for new products, services, and
markets.

Taking learning directly to its members, Idealliance will off er
