This highly sought after and acclaimed award recognizes leading technology and pinpoints upcoming highlights from GRAPH EXPO 15. There are three winners in the ‘Future of Print’ category. The best in category award was announced at the EXECUTIVE OUTLOOK event, held earlier today and presented by Hal Hinderliter. With EFI (Booth 1902) and HP (Booth 1202) also in the running, documobiFUSE is in good company. FUSE is one of the core products from the Documobi family. Documobi holds a U.S. patent, which covers embedding and linking user generated content (UGC) such as video and images into printed media using smartphones, tablets, and wearable devices. FUSE allows brands to have a direct and personal relationship with its own consumers, using innovative print to digital technology that marries in dynamic real-time communications. FUSE can integrate with any well-known CMS systems such as WordPress and cross-media platforms such as XMPie (Booth 613), GMC Inspire (Booth 4051), MindFire Inc. (Booth 657), and EFI DirectSmile. “It’s extremely encouraging that the industry has recognized the ingenuity and innovation of documobiFUSE ahead of the official North America launch. We chose the 2015 GRAPH EXPO Show as our launch platform for its pull in attracting key industry players. To be recognized with a 2015 MUST SEE ’EMS award cements what we already know, documobiFUSE will be integral to the future of print,” says Documobi Founder and CEO Pete Lancaster. As well as showcasing at GRAPH EXPO 15, documobiFUSE is working with market research giant, InfoTrends and its Group Director, Barb Pellow, to host a live launch session. This seminar, to be held on Monday, September 14th at 3:00 pm, Room S502a features an interactive live demonstration and will show PSPs how documobiFUSE simple it is to leverage FUSE technology to win new business, generate entirely new revenue streams, and go beyond AR and QR into the future of print. InfoTrends is also publishing a white paper focused around why print could, and should be, integral to a customer’s mobile experience and how FUSE brings real benefit to the future of print. CCompart North America at GRAPH EXPO 15 ompart North America (Booth 554) is taking a different approach at this year’s GRAPH EXPO 15. Instead of the standard demonstrations at workstations and product-focused sales pitches, the specialist in multi-channel document and output management is offering informal conversation with visitors. The lounge-like atmosphere in Booth 554 is designed to encourage customers and other trade fair visitors to come in, sit down, and talk. The relaxed setting is an ideal backdrop for meeting with the management team from Compart North America to discuss your document management concerns and problems. There are even foot massagers available for those that want to soothe aching feet. “The conversations we have with people in the industry tend to focus on issues they have with data, with document output, and with content,” says John P. Lynch, Vice President of Technology, Compart North America. “People want to talk about their problems at work, about the issues that keep them up at night. And so we will listen, and if they choose to they can avail themselves of our long experience in the industry, our technical expertise, and our international perspective.” What does document processing have to do with Industry 4.0? On the first two days of the trade show, Harald Grumser, Founder, Owner, and CEO of the Compart Group, will specifically address attendees, explaining the current trends in document processing in Europe such as universal accessibility (PDF/UA), separation of content and layout (HTML5), and the increasing connection with digitized production (Industry 4.0). The discussions with the CEO afford companies an excellent opportunity to learn more about the international market situation in printing and document management and to preview factors that will play a role in the future success or failure of organizations in this industry in America. “This show is for attendees, and we urge them to bring lists of issues and problems that are making their working lives more difficult. We will listen. And working together, we may help them solve those issues.” Lynch is highlighting the fact that Compart will invest its proven expertise in solutions development even more than in the past, solutions that specifically target customer requirements. “It was to this end,” he continues, “that the new technology development center was recently opened in New Milford (Connecticut). The burgeoning interest in the USA, Canada, and Latin America makes optimal coordination of development and sales critical for just-in-time response to customer requirements.” Crawford Technologies Kicks Off 20th Anniversary Celebrations Crawford Technologies (Booth 344) is kicking off its 20th Anniversary celebrations at GRAPH EXPO 15.
